Outlines essential first-response procedures for accidents, fires, and environmental incidents to ensure rapid and safe resolution.
Module 3: Identifying and controlling risks
Focuses on the principles of risk assessment, teaching candidates how to spot potential hazards and implement effective control measures.
Module 20: Clean and waste water operations
Focuses on the specific safety challenges and operational standards required for working within clean water and sewage treatment systems.
Module 4: Common hazards and controls in the workplace
Specifically addresses frequent physical risks found in utility environments, from manual handling to vehicle safety and site security protocols.
Module 21: Highway working and excavations (Water)
Covers the safety requirements for projects involving road works and digging, ensuring protection for both utility teams and the public.
